Kara Suu & Kapka Lake Horseback Trek
This 3 Day Horseback Trek starts and ends in Ozgorush on a loop to two different lakes.

On this 3-day tour we offer fresh air and 2 memorable nights tent camping near different alpine lakes in the region. This horseback excursion is suitable for both beginner and more experienced riders. You can expect panoramic views, steep cliffs, shepherds, livestock, and local flora for as far as the eye can see!
Day 1: Horseback riding to Kara Suu Lake
Transfer from Toktogul to Taktalik village. Departure of the horseback riding day. Lunch in the valley of Taktalik. We cross the pass at 2400m. Down to the Kara Suu lake. Overnight and dinner in the tent, on the western shore of the lake. 5- 6 hours on horseback.
Day 2: Horseback riding to Kapka Lake
In the morning we ride on the left side of the lake. The road is difficult with a lot of trees. Lunch at the end of the Kara Suu lake. In the afternoon, we reach the Kapka lake. We set up our camp on the eastern shore of the Kapka lake. Overnight and dinner in the tent at 2300m. 5- 6 hours on horseback
Day 3: Horseback riding to Ozgorush village
In the morning, we ride up to the pass of Turuk at 3300m. Lunch time after the pass. In the end of the day, we reach our homestay in Ozgorush village. Overnight and dinner in the local family house at 1800m. 6-7 hours on horseback and 90 minute taxi back to Toktogul End of service
